Register for one of the upcoming four wellness sessions! Each session will last six weeks and will include two nutrition lectures in a classroom setting, one nutrition lecture at Reasor’s walking through the process of shopping for healthy foods, and finally three cooking class to implement the principles you learned in the nutrition lectures.
Registration is required in advance. There is a minimum registration of 8 individuals per session and a maximum of 16 to keep the cooking classes hands-on for everyone.
